The Iguazu Waterfalls
These are the Iguazu waterfalls - said to be among the most amazing places on
the earth. We took four different paths while we were at the park.
The first was the trip to the largest fall, Garganta del Diablo.
The walk to the falls was really pretty, and when we got there the view was
absolutely amazing. The spray from the falls is so intense, that we were
completely wet by the time we left. There's also a pic of Jacinto, our
tour guide. Then, we walked along the Upper
Circuit for a little, where we saw the main falls from above, followed by
the Lower Circuit where we saw the main falls from below. Finally
(and there are actually no pictures of this, obviously) we took a boat tour that
took us as far into the main falls as we could go (said by some to be the
most amazing 40pesos they've ever spent).
So my camera ran out of battery at about 11am... the pics from the upper and
lower circuits are all off Kyle's camera (I took most of the upper ones while he
was videoing, then we switched) so they'll be pretty similar to the ones on his
site.
Oh, and if you're short on time: my FAV pictures are the top row of the Upper
Circuit and top two rows from the Lower Circuit.
